Hi! This is my 2nd year as a Kindergarten teacher in Glen Ullin, ND. I am orginally from Williston, ND, and I taught 2 years of all-day Kindergarten before moving here. I grew up on a farm/ranch 8 miles Northeast of Williston. My parents' names are Mark and Shelley, and I have an older brother named Ryan who is married and lives in Williston. Growing up we helped a lot on the farm and have continued to help in the summers and on some weekends. I love playing sports, hunting, fishing, and scrapbooking. In college I played basketball and now have been coaching basketball along with my teaching. I recently got married to Lafe Nelson and we live near Almont. He is a chiropractor in Bismarck at "Sims Creek Chiropractic."
Education:
After Graduating from Williston High School in 2002, I spent 2 years at Williston State College, then went on to the University of Mary and graduated with a Degree in Elementary Education and a Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2006. I have completed my Masters in Elementary Education degree through Minot State University as well.
